Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. No order cancellation is allowed once the product has been shipped.

Returns (where applicable)

We accept product returns. Customers are entitled to apply for a return within 10 days of the product’s delivery.

Returned items must meet the following conditions: unused, in their original delivered condition, and with intact packaging. To complete the return process, we require you to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service at service.bigbigwow@outlook.com to confirm the return address. (Note: Customized or personalized products are not eligible for a refund.)

If the return is due to the consumer’s own reasons, the consumer shall bear the shipping costs, which depend on the selected courier company.

If the product received by the customer is damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the consumer shall not be responsible for the shipping costs. In addition, no relisting fee will be charged to the consumer for product returns.

Refunds (where applicable)

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you via email that we have received the item and inform you whether your refund application has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically returned to your credit card or original payment account within a certain number of working days.

Delayed Refund or Non-Receipt of Refund (where applicable)

If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card issuer, as refund processing may take some time.

Contact your bank, as refunds usually have a processing cycle.
